Today we will continue our talk about interesting and new lamps that are produced by Artemide.

Metal petal
A sconce that is called Eurialo looks very simple but provokes mixed associations. It is very similar to the fashionable fastener which has unexpectedly appeared on a wall. The sconce is presented in two colours. The “petal” is made so that it can cover a light source from different directions and, so, powerful light will not be extremely bright.

A table lamp Tolomeo Micro is a continuation of a popular series of table lamps and floor lamps Tolomeo. The progress dictates new conditions, and Artemide is the first who picks up new trends. So that a popular series of lamps has also extended at the expense of a new table lamp.

Luxerion by Artemide is another series of lamps that are very popular today. The interest to these lamps is clear – the factory has made a rather courageous experiment, having added to the lamps the function of air cleaner. And, probably, it was done in order to justify the prefix Lux in the name. Only the well-known designers were invited to create the design of these lamps. Four extremely interesting objects appeared:

The pendant lamp AZIO is remarkable due to the fact that its design was developed by Karim Rashid. The deftactor is made from glass. However, character of this lamp is intimate.

The pendant lamp FARSALO by Michele De Lucchi is very close to a Rashid’s. The light is even more intimate and warm.

The lamp FILIPPI by Alessandro Pedretti Studio Rota and Partners is very similar or even indistinguishable from AZIO by the charactristics.

And, at last, I am glad to present TIAN XIA AIR. This lamp is a cylinder that is made from from transparent thermoplastic. If the previous lamps gave, basically, two kinds of light – direct and reflected – that Tian Xia Air represents almost all kinds – and direct, reflected, disseminated and directed. And, not only white, but also colour.

Such lighting factory as Artemide is one of the world’s famous in a sphere of the modern light. It is also known for its continuous researches and innovations. Artemide has officially presented new lamps from different series. The part of new lamps just expands the already existing series, another part is some new lamps in the very sense of this word. I offer you a short review of new lamps by Artemide.

Crane in a modern style
The floor lamp Ipogeo combines the things that are considered to be non combinatorial, at first sight. In its forms we see simultaneously something from a well crane, and something from a theatrical scenery, as well as some elements of avantguard of 60-s’. It is one of the most original floor lamps that I have ever seem and at the same time it is one of the most functional. In fact it is a peculiar feature of Artemide. Due to the joint connections in places of fastening of elements to each other, the lamp is completely capable to solve the primary goal that it set by the factory Artemide – “to illuminate any corner of a room with only one movement”.

The floor lamp is made from steel and aluminum. This floor lamp is simultaneously a very reliable, functional and bright, and its unusual design will satisfy even the most extravagant designer of an interior.

Unusual transformer
When you see a table lamp Monroe for a first time you may have a question: what for the designers do a leg of this table lamp of such a difficult form? The answer will be obvious after you take the lamp. Two joins in places of fastening in the base allow to give any configuration to a lamp any in order to illuminate any side of a surface of a table. Artemide it is true to itself and creates unique, stylish and useful lamps.
